What counts toward earning points?
Eligible merchandise after discounts and redeemed Rewards credit, before shipping and tax. Excluded or unavailable products do not earn. Estimates update at checkout; your accepted order retains its earning terms.
How do bonus-point offers work?
Eligible products use their product rate, an applicable category rate, or the standard store rate. A scheduled offer may raise the final rate. Rates never multiply together; the highest applicable offer wins.
What is pending, available, or reserved?
Available points can be used at checkout. A Welcome Bonus is pending until email verification and required review. Referral rewards follow their own qualification and hold period. Reserved points are temporarily held for a checkout and cannot be spent twice.
How do refunds affect my Rewards?
Refunds and cancellations can reverse purchase or referral awards. Returned checkout points follow the original redemption's saved refund policy. Your activity keeps the original award and any correction visible.
Can I combine Rewards with Refer & Earn?
Welcome, purchase, and referral awards share one wallet. Redeemed credit reduces eligible purchase spending: $100 of eligible merchandise less $5 of Rewards leaves $95 of qualifying spend. A referral gift is earned after qualification, not an immediate first-order discount.
Refer & EarnAre points cash?
No. Imperial Rewards are checkout credit for eligible purchases. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Minimum redemption and positive remaining-payment requirements apply.
