The reward remains pending during the hold. Once released, available Rewards points can be applied to a future eligible checkout. The current minimum redemption is $5.00 (500 points).

When do the rewards become available?
Only after confirmed payment and fulfillment, followed by a 14-day hold. The purchase must remain qualified and any review must be complete. Clicking a link, registering or submitting a payment notification does not earn points.
What does a first qualifying purchase mean?
It must be the new customer's first order, not simply their first order above the threshold. Earlier guest orders using the same email count as prior orders. If the first order does not meet the campaign rules, a later order does not replace it.
What counts toward the purchase threshold?
Eligible merchandise after applicable discounts and Rewards redemptions. Shipping, tax and excluded items do not count. Draft products cannot qualify. The current campaign does not accept discounted orders.
How long does my friend have?
The first order must be placed within 30 days of the first valid referral visit. Registration must occur within the 30-day attribution window. The first valid referral link is retained; a later competing link cannot overwrite it.
Can I share with everyone?
Share with people you know who are new to Imperial. Do not send unsolicited messages or refer yourself. The current campaign allows up to 20 successful and 10 pending referrals per referrer. An annual allowance of 20 also applies across campaigns. Accepted signups reserve places in their UTC signup year; failed referrals without awards free a place, but reversals after release do not. One place covers both rewards.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Refunds reduce eligible value first. If the remaining eligible value falls below the threshold, pending rewards are cancelled or released rewards are reversed. Cancellation invalidates qualification. The original award and any reversal remain in the account history, even if points have already been used.
Are points cash? Can their value change?
No. Imperial Rewards are checkout credit for eligible future purchases, not withdrawable or transferable cash. Today, 100 points equal $1 in reward value. The Rewards policy controls point value and redemption rules. A later policy may change outstanding point value, but completed redemptions and active reservations retain their saved values.
