Published campaign

A new customer must place a first qualifying order with at least $100 of explicitly eligible merchandise. Both customers receive 2,500 Imperial Rewards points after confirmed payment, fulfillment, and a 14-day hold. Cancelled, refunded, or disqualified purchases may cancel or reverse rewards. Points are Imperial Rewards, not cash. Self-referrals are excluded. First valid attribution lasts 30 days. Current point value is governed by the Rewards policy.

Rewards & qualification

Referrer: $25.00 in Imperial Rewards (2,500 points at current value). Friend: $25.00 in Imperial Rewards (2,500 points at current value).

The new customer's first order must contain at least $100.00 of eligible net merchandise. Earlier guest orders using the same email count. Confirmed payment and fulfillment are required, followed by a 14-day hold. Rewards are not an immediate discount on that first order. Shipping, tax and excluded items do not count. Rewards redemptions reduce eligible spend. Discounted orders do not qualify.

Timing & limits

The first order must be placed within 30 days of the first valid referral visit. Registration must occur within the 30-day attribution window.

First valid attribution wins. Self-referrals and existing customers are not eligible for the friend incentive. The campaign permits up to 20 successful and 10 pending referrals per referrer. An additional annual allowance of 20 applies across all campaigns and versions. A signup reserves a place for both participants in its UTC signup year. Failed unreleased referrals free their place; rewards released and later reversed still count. Accepted referrals retain their allowance if a later version lowers the cap.

No additional sharing restriction is configured. Do not spam, misrepresent the offer or create repeat accounts. Imperial does not automatically email or text your friends.

Returns, review & redemption

Refunds reduce eligible value first. If remaining eligible value falls below the threshold, rewards are cancelled or reversed. Cancellation or an audited rejection invalidates qualification. Pending rewards cannot be spent. Reviews can delay release. Reversals remain in history, including when points have already been redeemed.

Points are future eligible checkout credit, not cash, and cannot be transferred. Current redemption value: 100 points per $1. Minimum: 500 points / $5.00. Rewards policy changes may affect outstanding balances, but not completed redemptions or active reservations. Legacy monetary Referral Credit remains separate and is not currently redeemable.

Your accepted terms

Campaign changes do not rewrite existing referrals. Your account shows the terms accepted at attribution. Pausing new referrals does not cancel previously accepted commitments or stop refunds and recovery.
