Imperial staff delivery covers the approved ZIPs in NYC Zones A, B and C and Nassau County, Long Island. Coverage follows the exact approved ZIP list, not every address in a borough or county. Check your ZIP, then save your full checkout address to confirm product and order eligibility. Staten Island remains Mail Order only.

Local delivery requires $75 in qualifying merchandise: $10 delivery below $150, free at exactly $150 or more. Expedited Shipping is $10 below $100 in merchandise, free at exactly $100 or more; there is no $100 Mail Order minimum. Express is $20 total. Each threshold uses merchandise after discounts, before tax, delivery fees and redeemed Rewards credit.

Local delivery operates noon to 10pm, seven days a week, New York time. The same-day ordering cutoff is 8pm. Your address, products and discounted merchandise minimum must qualify, and Imperial must confirm availability within operating hours. Longer routes may need earlier payment confirmation. Prepaid orders require confirmed payment by 8pm; placing an order or sending a payment claim does not confirm receipt. Eligible COD orders require staff confirmation. Orders after the cutoff are not promised same-day delivery; contact Imperial for the next available window.

For prepaid local delivery, estimates start after Imperial confirms payment, not when you place the order or open a payment link. Zone A and Nassau are estimated at 60-90 minutes, Zone B at 90-120 minutes and Zone C at 2-4 hours, when the service is available for your address. Contact Imperial for COD timing; cash remains due at delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees, and traffic, order review and operating conditions can change them.

Local same-day arrival and Expedited transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Express Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail Express: guaranteed delivery in 1–3 days after shipment, with delivery by 6 p.m.; timing varies by destination. USPS guarantee terms and acceptance cutoffs apply. Your delivery commitment depends on the shipment and destination. Carrier transit begins with shipment/carrier acceptance, not order placement, payment confirmation or label creation.

Mail Order supports eligible products and destinations in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Availability depends on the products and complete delivery address; not every product can ship to every destination.

Use your protected order page or Imperial's Order Tracker for available updates. A purchased label does not mean a shipment is in transit. Shipment and delivery updates follow the relevant fulfillment or carrier events.
